1. Operator and agreement
These Terms govern Solve House accounts, games, Dailies, challenges, tournaments, co-op files, Rival features, community/creator tools, rankings and optional paid features. By using the service you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 to create an account, or older where local law requires a higher age to enter these Terms.
3. Accounts
Provide a valid email address, keep credentials secure and choose public profile content that does not impersonate others, infringe rights or contain unlawful/abusive material.
4. Games, scoring and competitions
Cases are entertainment puzzles. Scores, streaks, achievements and tournament positions have no cash value and are not gambling products. Server records are authoritative. A tournament may lock a player's first verified result for a slot. We may invalidate results affected by cheating, automation, duplicate accounts, exploitation or bugs.
5. Co-op and challenges
Co-op partners receive complementary evidence. Do not attempt to bypass the intended split by extracting protected server data. Exact-case challenge links may be shared; public sharing should avoid spoilers.
6. Fair play and security
You may not scrape protected puzzle/solution databases, automate answers, bypass access controls, reverse engineer protected server logic, manipulate timers/results, distribute malware, disrupt the service or access another person's data.
7. Community and creator content
You retain rights you have in posts/comments/case submissions. By submitting public content you grant Solve House a non-exclusive permission to host, display, format, moderate and distribute that content as necessary to operate the service. You must have the right to submit it and must not submit infringing, unlawful, harassing or unsafe content. A creator submission is not guaranteed publication. Certification means our moderator reviewed the submitted evidence for a single supported answer; it is not a warranty that a community case is error-free.
8. Moderation
We may label spoilers, hide/remove content, request changes, reject creator cases, invalidate competitive results, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms/Community Guidelines, protect users or comply with law.
9. Optional subscriptions
Where Pro billing is enabled, the checkout page will show the current price, billing interval, taxes where applicable and provider terms before purchase. Paid subscriptions are sold and processed by our payment partner Lemon Squeezy, LLC acting as merchant of record: Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record for the transaction, handles payment, invoicing, VAT and refunds, and its own terms apply to the purchase alongside these Terms.
You can cancel at any time through the billing provider's customer portal (linked from your Billing page and from Lemon Squeezy's order e-mails). Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period already paid. Deleting your Solve House account also cancels any active subscription.
Right of withdrawal (EU/Romanian consumers). For digital services you have a legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of subscribing without giving a reason. Because Pro access begins immediately after purchase, at checkout you consent to immediate performance; where you exercise withdrawal within the 14-day window you may be charged a proportionate amount for the service already provided, in accordance with applicable law, and any refund is processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. To exercise withdrawal, contact info@solvehouse.online or use Lemon Squeezy's customer portal. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these Terms. See Consumer Information for details.
10. Sponsors and external links
Clearly labeled sponsor placements or external links may lead to third-party websites. We do not control their content, products or privacy practices. A sponsor does not influence puzzle answers, rankings or moderation decisions.
11. Availability and changes
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature remains unchanged. We may modify, suspend or retire features/scoring where reasonably necessary for product quality, security, legal compliance or maintenance.
12. Books and third-party retailers
Books sold by third-party marketplaces are also subject to that retailer's transaction/delivery/refund terms. Companion web access is separate unless an offer expressly states otherwise.
13. Intellectual property
The Solve House service, original puzzle systems, brand, software, database organization, artwork and protected compilations are owned by or licensed to the operator. These Terms provide a limited, revocable, non-exclusive personal-use right and do not transfer ownership.
14. Disclaimer and liability
Solve House is entertainment provided on an “as available” basis and is not legal, medical, financial, investigative or forensic advice. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Privacy and consumers
See the Privacy Policy and Consumer Information. Romanian law governs these Terms without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of residence.
16. Changes and contact
