Consumers may find information and complaint channels through the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC): anpc.ro.
Alternative dispute resolution (SAL)
ANPC provides information about alternative dispute resolution for eligible consumer disputes. See ANPC — SAL and its current complaint channel at reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.
EU ODR platform
The former European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR/SOL) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. Solve House therefore does not display the obsolete ODR link. EU consumers can instead consult current national alternative-dispute-resolution bodies and consumer-redress resources.
Third-party purchases
If you buy a Solve House book from Amazon or another retailer, that retailer is responsible for its own checkout, payment processing, delivery, and retailer-specific returns. Contact the retailer for transaction issues, and contact us for Solve House content or companion-service support.
